Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

All orders are shipped from the Netherlands. After receiving your payment, we process your order within 1–2 business days.

Netherlands: 2–5 business days
Belgium and Germany: 4–8 business days
Other EU countries: 5–10 business days
Worldwide: 10–16 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order and will be displayed at checkout.

IMPORTANT – Customs, Duties, and Taxes (Outside the EU)

Orders shipped to countries outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local taxes. These charges are imposed by the customs authorities of the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.

Bricks-Burg has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing an order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can track your shipment.

Delays

While we do our best to deliver your order on time, we cannot guarantee delivery times. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (such as extreme weather or strikes). Please also note that customs clearance may cause additional delays for international shipments.
